Getting started is easy! Just fill out our contact form and tell us a little about your home, the rooms you’d like us to focus on, and what matters most to you. We’ll review your information and get back to you within 24 hours with an initial estimate based on your needs.
From there, we’ll arrange a free, in-person walkthrough so we can get to know you, learn more about your home, and make sure we’re on the same page about the cleaning you’d like. Since every home and family’s needs are different, we’ll work with you to finalize a cleaning plan and confirm the price before scheduling your first cleaning.
We want you to feel comfortable with the plan from the start, so there’s no guesswork about what to expect.
We do start with a deep cleaning to build a foundation, however, we understand every home has different priorities, so you get to choose the scope of the deep cleaning. If perhaps your initial priority is to only have us care for certain rooms such as your kitchen, bathrooms, living room, and floors we have those customizable package options available to you. If you rather do a whole deep cleaning of your entire home for a full home reset but maybe want to leave out some rooms or customize certain details we work with you to help you achieve your home care goals.
A Home Care Profile is your cleaning service, tailored to your home. We have pre-made packages, and during your initial consultation we customize them to fit your specific home. Your profile can be updated whenever your needs change. Just give us enough notice so our team is well prepared and your visit runs smoothly. You can adjust everything from the options we offer, such as fragrance-free products, how often we visit, a specific add-on each month, or rooms you’d rather we not touch. All of it lives in a system that lets our team take the worry of cleaning off your hands, without adding another thing for you to worry about.
Our goal is to have the same cleaning professional care for your home as often as possible. We believe there’s something special about building a relationship with the person who helps care for your space. While schedules and other circumstances may occasionally require a change, you can still count on our team to follow your home care plan and maintain our standards of quality and care.

If you can’t be home for the walkthrough and something isn’t right, call us as soon possible. Homes get lived in fast, so please reach us within 12 hours of your service, and we’ll come back and fix it at no charge.
No, we don’t require contracts for recurring cleaning. We want you to continue with Go Green because you’re happy with the care you receive, not because you’re locked into an agreement. We’ll work with you to establish a cleaning schedule that fits your needs, and we’ll explain your payment options before getting started.
